My Name is Batuhan Öztürk, and I live in Turkey. I have an associate’s degree in Business Administration and am currently studying Management Information Systems through an open education program.

I have over three years of experience in post-sales support for a medical company. I handled customer inquiries and technical issues with care and sensitivity. I’m familiar with web technologies like HTML, Css, JavaScript and PHP and I have hands-on experience with platforms like WordPress and Shopify.

I can integrate live chat tools like tawk.to into your website and respond customer request via chat and email. I’m also comfortable working with CRM systems and can adapt to your preferred tools and workflows.

If I have any spare time while working in customer support, I can handle the management of your website. I can manage content control and editing (product management), onsite and off-site SEO work, broken link control, speed test etc.
